Rinse your Quinoa before cooking or eating soaked! The reason you ask? Quinoa seeds are coated in a bitter soapy mixture!

Add curry & olive oil for lunch with three vegetables

Add coconut cream or milk, three

fruits, & nuts. Mix together & enjoy breakfast!
