Let’s start with an awesome tip for your meal preparation!

When preparing for your week, grate your carrots, parsnips, jicama or your tubers (sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, yucca, etc.) put them in bags and your ready to add them to salads, salsa, tacos, wraps or put into burgers, soups or even blended beverages!

This tip can save you from frustration in the evening when you are too tired to even think “what do I make,” “what to eat”
