April – Week 1
This weeks tip:
If you have almost ripe or ripe fruit, dice or chop, add to a lined sheet, freeze for about an hour or two.
Remove & add to gallon size ziplock bag, push all of air out
Use in smoothies, ice cream or just as a snack!
