1 Apple, washed and cored (do not peel) 1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c fresh cranberries 1 tbl maple syrup
1 c Almond Milk 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flax seeds or chia
In your blender, add almond milk, maple syrup, apples, cranberries and cinnamon, blend until smoothie consistency, add more milk if you want to change the consistency, next add vanilla, blend for 10 seconds, add flax or chia seeds and pulse until combine, 5 seconds. Add ice if you want it cold and milkshake consistency. Pour into 8 oz. glasses and enjoy for breakfast. Put remaining into a to go container to enjoy as you go about your day!
