The key to maximizing your week is to plan ahead!

Prepare your meals for the week and package them, this way you can choose one, put your breakfast, snack and lunch in your bag and off you go about your day and are able to maintain healthy eating throughout the day without processed ingredients being a part of your life!

Pick one day to buy all your ingredients, organize all your ingredients for the meals you are preparing, settting one meals ingredients together and continuing to organize until all your ingredients are in the bunches, ready for preparation.

Next, work on one meal at a time and by the time you are finished all of your meals for the week are prepared, packaged and ready to go!
