Breakfast Pitas

Breakfast pitas:

3 lettuce or kale leaves
1 c sweet red bell peppers
1 avocado
1/2 c rawgurt
1 tsp chickpea miso
1tbl olive oil
2 tbl dulse
1/4 c arugula

Add rawgurt (raw yogurt…walnut, sunflower, etc), miso, oil & whisk, toss peppers, avocado & arugula together.

Add to lettuce or kale leaves, sprinkle dulse.

Yummy comforting breakfast!
