Homemade Marinade’s…

Bottles:

Bottle marinades, dressings, sauces, etc. are full of stabilizers, sweeteners, gums, chemicals, maltodextrin, msg, genetically modified organisms, gelatin & other unnatural THINGS, all which are unhealthy for you, the environment & the universe as a hole.

The best, most healthy & wholesome marinades, sauces, dressings, etc. are from scratch & made with few ingredients, simple & many ingredients, more complex.

The basics:

Oil,
spices,
herbs,
vinegar, wine, citrus, etc.
Sweetener,
Aromatics (garlic, shallots)
Fruits
Yogurt (homemade)

Try this one:

1/3 c olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 tbl shallot
3 tbl thyme, cilantro & tarragon
1 tsp date syrup
1/4 c celery
1/4 c grapefruit juice

Blend all ingredients until combined & marinade your vegetables or add to salad
