Raw Journey…

When going RAW, I recommend soak nuts, black rice, beans and one or two grains of choice (grains for the rejuvelac), and make nut milks and use the left overs for smoothies, pastes and such as we been sharing with each other and when the rice and beans are soft, maybe this will take a few days, when you feel like not sure, you can dip into the beans and rice and add some seasonings to them, have a smoothie and rubbed greens salad and push forth through the unsure feelings!

Its good to have motivational foods while doing this! Like what I mentioned above, they will reassure you and encourage you!
