When we think of healing we don’t normally think about the B vitamin, we should though!
The importance of this beautiful collaborative vitamin source is multi fold!
B-complex vitamins, consist of: Vitamin B-12 (folate) and vitamin B-6, these are amazing because they will protect your being against blood clots and atherosclerosis/hardening of the arteries, which is more an issue than it has ever been really made aware to the public. We have been hearing more that people are getting injured, from playing, lifting, etc and a blood clot forms somewhere in their being and it ends up moving its way to the heart or other arteries and clogging the pathway for healthy vitality and the end result if not taken care of is death.
We must be very careful and be healthy in our focus on our beings positive transformation to consuming healthy vitamins such as the glorious B!!! Also, keep in mind that another B Vitamin, Niacin, which is B-3 helps increase HDL “good” cholesterol.

Avocado Spice Soup
1/4 Chili Pepper, seeded and minced
1 c shelled peas
1 c Spinach, cleaned
1/2 c Sweet Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 c Walnut Cream
2 tbl Olive Oil
5 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 tsp Fresh Fennel
1 tsp Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Fresh Tarragon
1 tsp Fresh Oregano
1/4 c Red Bell Pepper, chopped
In processor or Blender add Onion, Clove, Oil, Spinach, Peas and Herbs, process or blend until creamy and smooth, add pepper, avocados, Walnut Cream, and Puree until smooth.
Pour 1 cup into each bowl
Add 1 tablespoon Red Bell Pepper as a topping!
