Basil heals fever, migraines, restlessness, candida & yeast infections; is an eyewash, increases blood circulation & is a calming tea!

1 cup Fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 cup boiling water

Boil water, turn off, add Basil, place cover on top for 10 minutes.

Remove basil, let dry. Drink! Enjoy water throughout the day!
