Raspberry Smoothie

Red Raspberry is a super healing, full of antioxidants, vitamins, and heals your digestive system, cleanses your body from unhealthy mucus and stimulates appetite!

Start off with this exciting flavorful smoothie:

1 c raspberries, frozen           

1 c hemp milk
1 banana, frozen, sliced         

1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c cilantro

Add all ingredients to blender, blend and enjoy!
