1/4 c oats
1 tbl chia seeds
1 peach, sliced
2 prunes, chopped
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 c almond mylk
Soak oats & chia in almond milk, 35 minutes;
add fruit & sprinkle with cinnamon!
Enjoy this high energy fiber rich breakfast!
