Soaking these oats (a breakfast favorite)

Soaked oats with nuts & cinnamon is an excellent way to enjoy breakfast, gain energy, stay inspired, focused and motivated!

1/2 c oats
1 c hemp mylk
1 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg
2 tbl nuts

Soak oats in hemp mylk for 30, stir, add spices & nuts

ENJOY!
