Cashew Soup

Cashew Soup

 

3 tbl rosemary                                                   6 c coconut mylk

3 tbl arrowroot starch                                      3 c soaked and dehydrated cashews

½ onion, minced                                              2 garlic clove, minced

2 tsp cayenne pepper                                       1 c chives

1 jalapeno                                                           ½ c cashew butter

3 tomatoes                                                         ½ tsp sea salt

 

Add all ingredients to food processor, process until creamy and smooth. Add ¼ – ½ c water if too thick for your taste.
