In Morocco’s Souss region this traditional paste, which is normally called Amalou and is created with Almonds and Argan Oil, which goats in the Souss region adore Argan, to the point that they climb into the branches to eat! Use this paste freely! Enjoy!

1 pinch sea salt
1/4 tso cinnamon
5 tbl maple syrup
