Healthier Beverages

When you pack water into your youth’s lunch, instead of sugary juices, sodas and other drinks, your youth will focus on other things…like their healthy lunch instead of the unhealthy beverage which triggers their body’s response to sugar, hence the vending machines packed with sugar, chips and sugary drinks!

Add fresh fruit and herbs to water the night before and add this water to their lunch! If YOU feel like THEY have to have some flavor in a cup try these ideas:

fresh squeezed juices
smoothies
or make tea

for your youth’s lunch!
