PearCran smoothie

Cranberry Pear smoothie is an excellent snack as well as an excellent beverage to add to lunches:

 

2 c cranberry juice (fresh not prepackaged)

1 large pear

1/4 c coconut meat

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch pepper (for adults only)

Blend until creamy, pour and enjoy!
