Cold Season

This is cold season, it is time to store up on health aids to prevent and heal those cold and flu symptoms! Here are a few recommendations on healing cures!

Green Tea, Cayenne, Echinacea, Eucalyptus, Feverwort/Boneset, Mate, Mint. Make a broth out of three to five of these herbs.

Try a cabbage soup with carrots, mint, eucalyptus, ginger, onion, garlic, & broccoli. Then puree veggies, add back to broth. Drink.
