Get all the nutrition, of your greens and your vegan OMEGAS with this superbly fabulous flavorful salad!

Did you know walnut oil is one of the unsaturated healthy oils, along with olive, avocado, pecan, & cashew oils, which lowers our levels of the unhealthy cholesterols we get from saturated fats?

WINTER NESTLE SALAD

2 c collard greens

2 c purple chard

3 tbl cashew mayo

2-3 tbl rice vinegar

2 tbl walnut oil

1 tbl no salt seasoning

1 1/2 tsp liquid aminos

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 tbl sesame seeds

1/4 c cashews

1/4 thin sliced Walla Walla onions

1/2 avocado, sliced

Wash greens, pat dry & add to large bowl, rough tear while in bowl,

add spices, vinegar, oil, garlic & liquid aminos.

Now, massage until greens are broken down, this is about half their original size.

Add sliced onions, sesame seeds & cashews, toss to combine.

Add half salad to your plate. Add avocado.
