Fiber

 

Fiber keeps your digestive tract healthy! For many we choose to eat our fiber in cereals, flours, breads and other foods, but many have allergies and have to be more aware of what they are consuming. For this reason, I always prefer fresh and whole foods! What do I mean by fresh and whole?

Fiber rich foods to learn to love or continue to eat if you are already are:
Fresh Fruits
Fresh Vegetables
Beans
Peas
Lentils

Try a porridge with brown rice, buckwheat or millet with almond milk, fresh fruit and dates!
