Eating greens, cabbage, banana, beans, nuts, seeds, drinking lots of water, eating a variety of colors bc works magnificently for me!
I eat raw & sometimes cooked, sometimes I go off my path, I then suffer through it & get back on track.
I love cabbage & sesame & work out outdoors, which is newer, balancing my time, organizing my schedules & focusing on self love are my foundations! How about you?
