I love Potassium!

I really love bananas, sweet potatoes, citrus fruit & spinach! What are your favorite potassium rich foods?

Potassium is a good addition to celebrating nutrition this month. Potassium helps regulate sodium in your body’s fluids. Potassium is also vital for optimum cell health, nerve, heart & blood pressure regulation.

If you have kidney issues or heart issues, considering lower amounts of potassium is a good topic to discuss with your  meal planner, naturopath & nutritionist.
