Today I’m Feeling very sunshine fruitylicious! Oh my goodness, I awoke to sunshine speaking to me through the trees into my window, I felt privileged to be a apart of Such a beautiful conversation! It made me think of the exciting day ahead, stairs, teaching and trying some new recipes.

So, enjoy this delight and tell me about your experience!


1 mango
1 cup blueberries
2 cups strawberries
2 c grapes
3 cucumbers
2 carrots
2 green apples
2 yellow crookneck squash
2 cups spinach
2 tbl chia seeds

Juice all but chia seeds. Stir in chia seeds and enjoy!

Enjoy one quart juice daily!


Why is this juice amazing for YOU?

Mango’s are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, potassium, carotene (the carotenoids increase the more ripe the mango becomes). These nutrients help prevent and control high blood pressure, improve your digestion among many others.

Blueberries are an excellent source of phytochemicals, fiber and vitamin C. Blueberries prevent UTI’s, increase memory, cognitive functioning, contain cancer inhibitors and protect against cardiovascular disease among many other healing properties!

Strawberries are amazing with their high amount of vitamin C, folate, potassium, fiber, phenolics and antioxidant richness. Strawberries block enzymes that cause inflammation, reduce blood glucose levels (important for those with diabetes), and inhibit the growth of cancer cells due to ellagic acid, among many other healing properties!

Grapes are excellent nutritional source for your health being rich in vitamin C, K potassium, fiber, antioxidants, and flavonoids. Grape mixtures have been known to reduce acne scars, increase cognitive functioning, and lower cholesterol!

Cucumbers are high in vitamin A, B, C, D, E the lignans lariciresinol, pinoresinol, and secoisolariciresinola, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, reduce free radicals, and manganese! So much healing in cucumber!
