Pear Spice Breakfast Bars

2 c glutenfree flour
1/2 c glutenfree oats
1/4 c agave syrup
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime zest
1/4 c applesauce
2/3 c hemp milk
1/3 c grape seed oil
3/4 c pecans
1 pear, chopped
1 pear, puréed
3 tbl oat bran
3 tbl, dried cherries, chopped
1 tsp chia seeds

Preheat oven to 400
Add parchment paper oiled with olive oil to sheet pan
In a large bowl whisk flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, spices, salt, and oat bran, set aside
In a medium bowl add puréed pear, agave syrup, applesauce, milk and oil, whisk to combine, set aside
Add liquid to dry ingredients, mix just until combined.
Add nuts, chia and chopped pears, fold in.

Pour into sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
