Happy Monday beautiful people!!!
Over the weekend I have learned of a few people in my life that have learned that they have autoimmune illnesses. When they learned, I was their first call, in tears they all asked me to help them. After the calls I thought about it more and more, how to assist them in the simplest and most inspirational way as possible and as I thought about this, Gluten-Free week came to mind!
The blessing is that this is an opportunity to change and share enormous amounts of fruits and veggies, other plant based foods, herbs and spices and cultural creativity in the kitchen, from mine to yours!
So, this week I want to share foods that save our lives, this is mainly about gluten-free eating and being supportive this week.
It’s amazing how whole foods transform our health completely, so let’s begin with day one!
