Day two I decided to drop a new recipe on you for Day THREE: PANCAKES!!!!!
Banana Almond Pancakes
1 banana, sliced
2 tbl Almonds, sliced
1 c flour (I use a gf from scratch mix but your favorite is best)
3 tbl Honey, Agave or Turbinado Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Hemp Mylk
2 tbl Coconut or Walnut Oil
Combine dry ingredients; whisk to combine
Add liquid ingredients to dry, mix until combined.
Fold in banana and almonds.
Warm skillet on medium heat, add 3 tbl of batter to pan , cook for three minutes in each side or until browned.
Serve with fruit, nut butter, agave or honey
