SpringUp30: Simple Breakfast Delight


If you are thinking of a breakfast bowl, enjoy this
1 apple, hollowed but keep apple insides
1/2 c blueberries
2 tbl nuts
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbl granola
1/4 c coconut milk
Toss apple insides, cinnamon and granola add to apple; top with blueberries, pour milk inside!
Enjoy! DONT FORGET TO EAT YOUR FIBER, Gobble that apple up when your done !
Now how delicious is that and simple!
