Week Two Day 1: Spiced Nuts

Italian Spiced Nuts

2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Chili Pepper
3 c Nuts
1/4 c Agave or Honey

Preheat oven to 350, line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add nuts, honey or agave, spices and toss. Pour onto
pan, spread out with spatula. Bake for about 8 minutes, remove and
turn, back for an additional 9 minutes. Remove, let cool. Turn down to
300, bake for 12 more minutes. Remove, let cool. Enjoy 1/4 c as a snack
during the week.
