Black Bean Brownies
2 c Black Beans, cooked & mashed
2 tbl Almonds, ground
2 tbl Flaxseeds + 4 tbl almond milk
1 c Cacao Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbl Coconut Oil
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ c Coconut Sugar
2 tbl Maple Syrup
½ – 1 c 85-95% Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease an 9×9 pan or a muffin pan
Mix flax and milk, whisk, set aside
In a mixer add sugar, syrup and oil, mix until combined, add flax mix until combined.
Mash black beans, then add ground almonds, mix to combine, add to mixer, mix to combine
Now, add to mixer with cacao powder and sea salt.
Fold chocolate chips in
Pour into pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Too should be dry and edges will pull from sides.
Remove, let cool for 30-60 minutes, before slicing
Put into airtight container and refrigerate.
