Good morning Spring Up 30 Participants, how are you doing this week 3? Here’s a Health Tip for you to inspire delicious health choices:

Cauliflower has unique health amount of healing benefits, from being jam packed full of FIBER, VITAMIN C, BIOTIN, FOLATE and MAGNESIUM!

Cauliflower has a vita nutrient, Sulforaphane, which is produces enzymes in the body that prevent chemicals from damaging your body!

Eating Cauliflower helps your hair, skin and nails to grow, this is because of the BIOTIN, which controls dandruff, thickens nails, reduces and heals split ends and reduces jaw clench and teeth grinding!

Know anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis? Eating, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts and other cruciferous vegetables reduces the risk of Rheumatoid Arthritis!

Try boiling 4 c Cauliflower, Garlic and a sliced Onion with vegetable gl broth. Simmer covers for about 30-40 minutes, remove and blend! Add spices, 1/4 c nut mylk, blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!
