Happy Week Three Day Six: SNACK TIME!

Sweet and Tart Granola Bars

3 c Oats
½ c Almond Flour (finely ground)
1/4 c Agave
1/2 c Dates, soaked
½ c Dried Cherries
¼ c almonds
¼ c coconut oil
¼ c sunflower seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c Almond Butter

In a large bowl, add Oats, flour, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, baking soda and
Butter together, stir to combine.

Next, add vanilla, dates and agave to a separate bowl, stir to
combine. Pour into oat mixture, stir to combine. Add cherries, stir to combine. Spread onto parchment line baking
sheet. Refrigerate or freeze bars in parchment lines sheet Ian. Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for twenty minutes!
