Summer Harvest Breakfast Bowl


Week four, Day One:
Summer Harvest Breakfast Bowl

1/2 c cornmeal, organic gmofree
1 c water
3 tbl coconut cream
2 tbl Pumpkin seeds
3 tbl cranberries
1/4 c almonds
2 tbl soaked chia seeds
1/4 c fresh fruit, chopped
1 tsp agave
2 tsp cinnamon

Boil 1 1/2 c water, add cornmeal, whisk until lumps are removed, turn down to low and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Turn off, add coconut cream, cinnamon, , whisk to combine. Add cornmeal into bowl and remaining ingredients. Scoop into bowl.
