Breakfast Crumble
Good morning #springup30 participants, welcome Sunday, Day 5 of our final week with this simple and delicious crumble!

1 c fresh fruit ( berries, apples, pears, mangos, etc )
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c Thick Rolled Oats
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
2 tbl flour, I use oats or quinoa,
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbl coconut sugar

Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl add nutmeg, flour and oats, whisk to combine. Add oil sweetener and mix to combine, set aside.

In a bowl combine fruit and spices, toss to combine
Scoop fruit 3/4 full into ramekins, pan or oven proof bowl. Scoop oat mixture on top.

Bake for 15 minutes or until top is light browned and fruit mixture is bubbling. Remove. Top with nuts
