1/4 c quinoa, cooked
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c warm water
2 tbl warm coconut mylk
3 tbl olive oil
1/4 c garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Knead all ingredients except for quinoa and beans together to
Form a pliable dough. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rest for 5 minutes
Form into small balls, flatten with your hand, add 1 tbl quinoa and beans, re flatten so filling remains inside.
Heat 1 tbl oil in pan on medium heat, swirl around. Add cook each puri for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned, flip. Repeat
