I arrived early so I decided to create a little snack for the creatives! Macadamia Raisin cheeze dip to go with the garlic flax crackers!

Macadamia Raisin Cheeze
1/2 c Macadamia Nuts, soaked for two hours
1 tbl flax seeds
1 tsp grapefruit juice
1/2 tsp lava salt (use sea salt as a substitute)
1/2 tsp probiotic powder or one capsule (health store, Fred Myers, etc)
2 tbl red pepper purée
1/4-1/3 c water
2 tbl raisins, soaked
1 tsp chipotle pepper paste
Blend all ingredients except probiotic and raisins until smooth and creamy. Fold in powder and raisins. Your mix will be thick and creamy, which is what you want!
Line a strainer or colander with cheesecloth or paper towel, wrap around, completely covering cheeze mixture.
Add bowl or a pkg of beans on top to help excess water drip out. Let set out for 24 hours to culture
Next day, remove and enjoy with vegetables or crackers!
Place remaining in container, refrigerate to firm up to use in other ingredients!
