Do you like grapefruit, shallots, tarragon & basil? Try this dressing:
1/2 shallot, medium, minced
1 Grapefruit, segmented & diced into small pieces
2 tbl raisins
1 tbl tarragon
1 tbl basil
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c orange juice
Add to blender & puree until creamy, ENJOY & REJUVENATE!

Try this wonderful smoothie juice mixture
ORANGE ANTIOXIDANT JUICIE
1 c pineapple
1 c coconut
1/4 c cranberries
3 sprigs of mint
Juice carrots, apples and oranges.
Add other ingredients to blender, pour in juice. Blend. Be ENERGIZED!

ARIEL’S BANANA ALOE REJUVENATOR
2 bananas frozen, chopped
1/2 apple (your favorite choice)
1/2 c pineapple
1 c aloe juice
2 tbl sunflower seed nibs
juice carrots, oranges & apple, add to blender.
add other ingredients, blend until smooth and creamy.

It’s going to be a bit rainy and grey out today, how do you feel abouy fava onion soup for lunch or dinner?
1 c fava beans, soaked for 48 hours
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 small orange pepper, diced
1 c basil
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl cumin
1 tsp chipotle pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 c nut milk
2 tbl warm water
I’ve soaked my beans for two days, they are small and organically grown this past summer in my garden so they’ll be easier to puree.
Add fava beans, water, onions, mylk, spices, olive oil, pepper and basil. Puree until creamy, pour into a bowl, set aside.
Mince garlic and chop orange peppers for a garnish.
Add some cashew Feta cheeze if you’d like.
