Eating fresh

Fresh meal planning involves eating lots of whole foods including fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts & seeds.

The nuts & seeds are power packed mono unsaturated fatty acids, that give you energy & help your body to function optimally. The healthier you eat, the easier your body’s functioning is going to be, knowing the good fats from the not good ones is the most important!

Remembering that being healthy is a choice, a desire & an opportunity to rejuvenate your daily schedules!

Yes, healthy transformations is a challenge when you start, the more you do it, the more support you encircle yourself with & the more you affirm to yourself the easier & fun it will be.

More to come…
