Gratitude Parfait


I’m in gratitude for everything ! Raindrops, family, clean water, safety, love, learning lessons, presence, healing, happiness, prayer, meditation, freedom, confidence, being a woman…EVERYTHING!!!

I thought about this as I was reflecting on simply delicious ways to combine gratitude and health! Think about a new gratitude every bite! Then share it with others!

1/4 c granola
1 c chopped fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
2 c beautiful Barbados juice
1/4 c bananas, chopped and frozen
1/4 c mango, chopped and frozen
1/4 c pineapple, chopped and frozen

In your blender add juice, bananas, mango and pineapple. Blend to thick smoothie ; set aside

In a glass add 1/3 granola, 1/3 fruit, 1/3 smoothie, repeat.

Top layer should be granola or fruit!
