Knowing that there are so many unhealthy ingredients in per packaged foods I want to share a homemade Cashup, my version of ketchup:
1/4 c fresh tomatoes
3 tbl sun dried tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
3 tbl cashews, 3 tbl water soaked for 1 hour
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp chipotle pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 tbl raisins, soaked in 3 tbl water
Add all ingredients to blender, purée
Add additional water and spices as needed
